Katherine Kezon serves as our Family Literacy Specialist through the Reading Begins Here program.
She is a strategist and educator with a strong background in library systems and community programming. She brings leadership skills and a structured, mission-driven approach to her work. Katherine has developed and supported literacy initiatives in public schools and libraries across Richland county, working to improve early learning access and family engagement. Currently completing graduate studies in Social Work, she combines systems thinking with hands-on teaching to help caregivers build practical literacy skills for their children. Katherine’s dedication to service, innovation, and the local community makes her a powerful advocate for families on their reading journey.
