Belinda is an educator and training specialist with over 20 years of experience in instruction, curriculum development, and workforce education. She has taught visual arts, managed instructional technology programs for SC’s Department of Juvenile Justice where she was awarded Teacher of the Year, and led adult GED prep and literacy coaching. As President of Blacks In Technology Columbia, Belinda uplifts diverse learners in career readiness. She holds an M.Ed. in Divergent Learning from Columbia College and brings a student-centered, empowering approach to her teaching at Literacy SC.
