Strong communities start with strong readers. Literacy SC’s new Road to Work program helps adults build the reading, writing, and communication skills they need to succeed on the job. We partner with businesses to improve workforce through:

  • Job-focused reading and communication classes

  • Custom classes to meet employee needs

  • On-site classrooms that remove transportation barriers

When employees build confidence in their skills, businesses see stronger performance, better safety outcomes, and increased retention. Let’s build South Carolina’s workforce together.
