With 20 years of business and operational management experience, Camillia readily accepts the challenges of change and eagerly embraces every chance to turn operational obstacles into organizational opportunities. She works in local government as the director of the Office of Operational Excellence in Finance & Operations and holds degrees that include a bachelor’s in journalism & mass communications (public relations), master’s in business administration, associate’s in management and she is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Camillia is a Leadership Columbia and United Way Blueprint for Leadership graduate and Top 20 under 40 recipient from both The State Newspaper and SC Black Pages. At United Way of the Midlands, she serves on the Palmetto Society Cabinet, Investment Committee, Women in Philanthropy (WIP), and as a grant programs evaluator. Camillia is a former member of the board of directors at United Way, Executive Committee and former board member and treasurer at SCCADVASA. A self-proclaimed lover of life, she has an insatiable desire for knowledge, novelty, adventure, and good eats.
